There it was, our last day on the business school in Budapest. When we came at school we heard we had to do three rounds instead of the two left ones. The organization put one extra to surprise us. Actually almost nobody did like it, but of course we had to because they say so. During making the decisions for round nine and ten, we had to start on our final presentation too. Around 14:30 we heard that round eleven was a joke. The organization did that of course with a reason, which was that we would think better about our future strategy. Honestly they are true, but the teams were more like ‘oh’.

At six o'clock we all may stop with the preparation of the final presentation. Some of us continued working on it at the hotel and others were already finished with the preparation. Anyhow we all were expected to go to another room of the school. There were the Hungarian people from Markstrat. They organized some hours of typical Hungarian activities. First they gave a presentation about Hungary and the school. We have to say that it was quite boring. Not that we are not interested in Hungary, but they showed a lot of videos in their presentation, which were very boring and way too long. When the presentation stopped, we were going to sing a typical Hungarian song and we did a typical Hungarian dance. That was quite old fashion, but nevertheless we all liked it because of the funny dresses and steps. After boys and girls let us see how you have to dance this dance, we all were invited to dance too. Check the photos for a better idea about this dance. We had also the option to eat some typical Hungarian food. Unfortunately there were only cold pieces of food, so we weren’t really happy with it.

We think around eight or half past eight we went to our hotel and we ordered pizza over there. Wow, that was such a good pizza!! Better than the little breads at school. Or actually we all liked the little breads but not as a main course. Later on our Hungarian friend came over in our hotel room and we were drinking and listening music. He told us about a cocktail bar, so we went outside for a cocktail in that bar. We did expect a very modern bar, but actually it wasn't that modern. We had to go in a basement to enter the bar. When we were inside it looked like a student house or something like that. Anyhow the cocktails were really nice!! Later on we went with the taxi to a club, named as Club Otkert. We were there last Tuesday as well, but then it was very quiet. Now it was very busy and we have to wait, we guess, like 40 minutes. To celebrate the game was over we ordered a bottle of cava, and one more.. We enjoyed this night really good!!

Cava kisses from everybody,

Anke, Stijn, Tanja, Teun, Lieke, Stephanie, Albert, Bram and Madelon
